The Travel By Denisha Promise
We believe travel should feel effortless, exciting and unforgettable. Every itinerary is thoughtfully curated with comfort, meaningful experiences and exceptional service in mind. While travel sometimes brings unexpected changes, our commitment is to advocate for our travelers, communicate with honesty and create memories you'll remember long after you've returned home.
Before you book

Travel By Denisha is a travel concierge service, not a travel agent.

Each itinerary is curated specifically for each group.

All travelers are responsible for reading these terms and conditions before making any payment.

Making a deposit constitutes acceptance of policies.
Deposits
-
Deposits secure your space only.
-
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Deposits cover planning time, reservation costs, suppler deposits and administrative work.
Payment Plans

Flexible monthly payment plans are available.

Payments must be made by the dates listed on your invoice.

Missed payments may result in cancellation of your reservation.

If a reservation is canceled because payments are not made, all previously paid funds are forfeited to the agreement.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits - Non-refundable

Payments : Within 120 days of departure become non-refundable. Eligible amounts may qualify for a travel credit depending on supplier terms.

Cancel for any reason Travel Insurance is required for bookings. This will allow a full credit on your end. We suggest Travel Guard.

We cannot guarantee your trip will be refunded with your travel insurance issuer.
Travel Credits

If you are unable to attend after the 120 cancellation period we advise you to use your Travel Insurance first.

If it is before the 120 cancellation period travel credits may be issued after deducting any non-recoverable expenses.

Travel credits can only be used on a future Travel by Denisha trip or Custom trip.

Approved travel credits are redeemable for 12 months.
Rebooking Policy

The new booking for a trip must be at lease 30 days after the initial trip that was booked.

Trip pricing will be deducted from the new trip cost and the balance can be paid in a monthly payment plan.
Unexpected Events/Discretionary Company Cancellations
Travel by Denisha reserves the right to postpone, reroute, modify or cancel travel due to circumstances beyond our control. These trips are non-refundable and will be rescheduled within 12- 24 months. Including :

terrorism
-
civil unrest
-
government restrictions
-
embassy threat levels
-
airport closures or consistent cancellations
-
natural disasters
-
public health emergency
-
severe weather
-
other force majeure events

In the event that refunds are available Travel By Denisha will issue these from our suppliers.
Passports and Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have :

a valid passport (does not expire within 6 months of departing for a trip)

visas (if required - Travel By Dee will list and attach if a visa is needed and where to purchase)

Travel by Denisha is not responsible for any denied boarding due to missing or expired documentation.
Itinerary Changes
Occasionally restaurants, excursions, hotels or transportation providers may change due to availability or operational needs. Itineraries are finalized 2 weeks before departure for this reason !
Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers agree to arrive on time, respect fellow travelers, follow local laws, follow tour schedules, treat hosts, hotels and transportation providers respectfully. Travel by Denisha reserves the right to remove travelers whose conduct jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of the group.
Liability and Communication
Official trip updates will be sent via email or group text.
Travel by Denisha acts as a travel concierge coordinating services provided by independent airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transportation companies and excursion providers. All travel coordination communication to suppliers goes through Travel By Denisha. Travel by Denisha partners with hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, destination management companies and other travel suppliers to curate experiences.
The pricing offered for each trip is based on a variety of factors, including negotiated rates, contracted pricing, supplier agreements, planning services, administration costs, operational expenses, taxes, fees and the overall travel experience.
Travel by Denisha is not required to disclose :

Supplier, wholesale or negotiated rates

Commission amounts

Supplier invoices
-
Cost breakdowns for hotels, airfare, excursions, transfers, or other travel components.

Internal pricing calculations or profit margins.
Trip pricing is presented as a complete package or as otherwise advertised. By booking, travelers acknowledge that they are purchasing a professionally planned travel experience and not the individual components separately..
